Most of what we're made up of is water.
It's so important to have hydration for plenty of energy and to feel at our best.
You know what I'm talking about.
I'm sure you've felt yourself get cranky and tired or irritable
when you haven't had enough fluids or enough hydration or enough liquids
or if the liquids you're drinking are the wrong liquids and bad fluids.
But there's more to understand about hydration than just the standard advice you hear today,
drink eight glasses of water a day advice.
The type of water you drink, how much you drink, and how often matters a lot, as does what we eat.
So let's talk about hydration.
Most of us go through a whole lifetime chronically dehydrated.
You might be thinking to yourself, am I one of those?
You could be, if you've been drinking coffee most of your life,
you could be getting dehydrated.
Now, I'm not saying you have to stop drinking coffee.
That's up to you if you want to drink coffee.
It's about hydrating yourself if you're drinking coffee.
So what I recommend for people who like coffee
is to make sure they increase a larger amount of water in their diet
to rehydrate because coffee is so dehydrating.
But it's not just about coffee. It's about everything. It's about stress. It's about
obligations, responsibilities, jobs that we do, our careers, everything that's on our plate,
emotional responsibility, spiritual problems, emotional problems. It's challenging things
that occur in our lifetime. It's the pollution that falls out of the sky. It's a pollution that's
in our water. It's in our food, processed food. It goes on and on and on. We get dehydrated very
easily. So how do we put back into the tank? How do we make up for those years of chronic dehydration?
Because a little extra water isn't going to be enough, but I encourage you to drink a little
bit of extra water. You want to drink a little bit of extra water. Absolutely. Oh, and then what
about those people that just don't like water. They feel like they can't drink water or they
don't have the taste for water. So they drink maybe a little bit of soda or they drink a little
bit of juice and they drink some coffee, but they can't drink water. Well, there's different ways of
making that happen for hydration. We can even help those people out who just don't feel they
could drink any water. We can get them hydrated as well. So it's a combination of a few things,
a few techniques. See, we don't have access to living water so easily. Living water, just so you
know, is like the ocean. That water's alive. It's like the rivers that are flowing. That's alive.
These are living water avenues. We can't just scoop out some water out of the ocean and drink it.
that will dehydrate us because of the salt and other things that are involved.
But we can turn our fresh water that we drink, like in bottles, into living water.
See, we don't have access to a spring that flows out of the earth from miles down deep in this riverbed underneath a planet
that's flowing clean, pristine, amazing water, living water.
We don't have that option.
Because the water we buy is bottled and it has lost its life.
It's lost its life energy.
It's lost its essence.
So we have to bring life back to that water.
So if you're one that drinks water from a shelf,
or one that drinks distilled water from a distiller,
or one that drinks reverse osmosis water,
we have to bring it back to life.
And we should add minerals to it too,
if it is distilled or it is reverse osmosis,
but we have to bring it back to life at least.
That's the most important factor.
So how do we do that?
You can take a glass of water and you can squeeze lemon.
Squeezing lemon isn't in there,
isn't just a technique to cleanse or to flush your liver
or to give yourself a cleansing action
or flush your lymphatic system.
Squeezing lemon in the water actually brings life back to it, turns the water into living water, which is really critical to healing and getting that living water in the body.
You see, the lemon tree draws up minerals, but living water from the earth up through the roots and forms the lemon and grows the fruit of the lemon.
and the lemon contains those secret powers,
those secret living water powers inside that lemon.
So when you buy it from the store and you cut it open
and you squeeze it into your water,
your water connects to the water that's in the lemon that's alive.
They activate each other.
The lemon water, active lemon juice, activates the water,
your dead water that you're drinking
that was contained through pipes, that was distilled, that was through RA, reverse osmosis,
RO water, this is a critical way to bring your water back.
And it's life-changing.
I promise you, if you do this every day religiously, if you do it twice a day, same thing with
a lime.
You can cut a lime, squeeze it in water, and bring back your water to life.
And it will become hydrating.
Did you ever hear people say, well, I could drink all the water I want.
but it runs right through me. It just keeps on going through me. I just urinated out and I feel
dehydrated. Or did you ever hear someone that says, I drink water, but I retain it. So I can't drink
water because I'm retaining the water. These are signs of problems with chronic dehydration.
So you can cut a lime and squeeze a lime. You can cut a grapefruit and squeeze a grapefruit
in a glass of water and bring it back to life. And this is one way to do it. Another way is putting
your water in the sun, putting your water in a glass jar or a glass pitcher and putting it out
in the sun. And then squeezing a little lemon in there at the same time. You could do that too. And
let the sun radiate through the water. Let it vitalize it. It'll feed it nutrients and it'll
become a living water. It's another technique. This is the most powerful ways to hydrate yourself.
They're simple. Very simple. This is not complicated. I promise. Because some things
aren't hard to do. This one's easy to do. Raw honey makes water come back to life.
It's another way to make hydration happen in the body. Someone may say, well, raw honey has sugar
in it so it's dehydrating. Not true. Raw honey is a living, living micro nutrient-based product
and essence that we have on this planet. It's a food. It's a food that when it touches water,
living raw honey touches the water, the water comes to life. So that's another thing to consider.
These are ways of hydrating. You don't have to use a lot of raw honey in there to do it,
but it works. If you're one that doesn't have access to water or you're one that doesn't like
water, let's think of other ways we can hydrate too that are amazing. Cucumbers, which is a fruit,
has a certain type of water in it too that's living, but filled with all kinds of micronutrients,
electrolytes. Cucumber juice, juicing cucumbers can bring back someone after a fever, after they
get really dehydrated through the process of sickness, chronic dehydration, or they've been
in the sun too long, or they've been sunburned and they're getting hydrated and their skin's
getting dehydrated. Cucumber juice is a powerful form of hydration. 16 ounces, 12 ounces, 8 ounces
of cucumber juice once a day can change the world in hydration. Absolutely. I know of one
mom who had a sick child, she had a fever. Her daughter had a fever that was lasting for two
weeks with no answers. Spirit recommended cucumber juice. And the cucumber juice
stopped the fever and the child was recovered in 24 hours after a two-week long fever.
And it was only cucumber juice that did this. One of the reasons why it did it
is because it brought living water to access the body's ability to heal.
Yes, living water right from that cucumber juice.
So these are ways to hydrate.
Fantastic ways, powerful ways that you can use to change your life.
Because we go around chronically dehydrated.
We really do.
And it can get us in big trouble.
We can really get problems.
We can really get sickness.
We can really get illness.
We can really struggle.
we could get migraines we get so many different things that occur so let's get hydrated so i'm
with you take one day at a time do what you can we love you and i'll see you on the next part i can't
wait
